The Human Resources section of the Contracts screen supports tracking termination information, certifications, and employee incidents (i.e. injuries, behavior, etc.). Available only if who have System Admin or HR Admin permission. 

Before certifications or employee incidents can be recorded in Aspire, the related certification types or incident types must be established in Admin. The lists supporting these two information types are available from the Manage Lists icon on the Administration Screen.

The following table describes the HR screen elements:

Screen ElementDescription
Termination DateAllows recording the date an employee or subcontractor was terminated from employment or service.
HR NotesAllows recording of general notes regarding the employee or subcontractor. To provide additional space, you can drag the lower right corner of the HR Notes field.
Add certification icon Displays the Certification screen allowing you to add a new certification for the employee or subcontractor.
Certifications ListDisplays the list of certifications that have been recorded for the employee or subcontractor.
Add Incident Icon Displays the Employee Incident screen allowing you to add a new incident for the employee or subcontractor.
Employee Incidents ListDisplays the list of incidents recorded for the employee or subcontractor.
