Article Summary

The Scorecard section of the Contacts screen displays a list of scorecards for an employee. Each scorecard allows for the management of sales goals. The Scorecard tab is only available when displaying contacts of type Employee who have an Aspire account giving them access to the Aspire system. To add new scorecards, you must have a role with either System Administrator or Sales Manager permission.

Clicking the Add Sales Scorecardicon displays the Sales Scorecard screen allowing you to add a new sales scorecard for the user. Clicking on an existing scorecard in the list displays the same screen to show the selected scorecard.
