When you drill into the Labor Budget Bar on the Forecast KPI chart, Aspire displays a list of the labor budget estimates by division and branch that comprise the Labor Budget Bar in the chart. The budget is established in the Manage Budget option of Admin. Note that the list displayed is the same as that displayed when clicking on the Labor Budget Bar, showing both the revenue budget and labor budget amounts.
