When you drill into the Revenue Budget Bar on the Forecast KPI chart, Aspire displays a list of the budget estimates by division and branch that comprise the Revenue Budget Bar in the chart. The budget is established in the Manage Budget option of Admin. Note that the list displayed is the same as when clicking on the Labor Budget bar showing both the revenue and labor budget amounts.
