Using the Details tab

When you first open a property side panel, the Details tab is displayed. There’s lots of information on this tab, and much of it is linked. Here’s what you’ll find and what you can do:

  • Go To Property - Takes you to the property details screen associated with the opportunity in the same window.

  • Account Owner Name - View the account owner's contact details.

  • Account Balance - Access a pre-filtered receivables screen showing only items associated with the property. The View Revenue permission must be added to your user role to access this view.

  • Primary Contact - Get immediate access to the primary contact's details.

  • Company - Direct link to the company details screen.

  • Branch - Shows the branch the property is assigned to, if any.

  • Branch Manager - Shows the branch manager for the branch the property is assigned to.

  • Previous Site Audit - Shows the date of the last completed site audit for the property, if any. Select the date to view the site audit.

  • Previous Visit - Shows the last completed work ticket for the property, if any. Select the date to view the visit details.

  • Next Visit - Shows the next scheduled work ticket for the property, if any. Select the date to view the visit details.

  • Address - Shows the property’s Street, City, State, and Postal code information. Select the address to open Google Maps in a separate tab.

    • A preview of the Google map is visible below the Address field.

  • Availability - Shows availability times, if availability has been set for the property.

  • Opportunities Widget - Shows the total opportunities organized by the number of Won, Approved, and Estimating opportunities.

  • Issues Widget - Total issues organized by Open, Created, and Closed issues. The Created and Closed categories only account for the last 30 days. Click the widget to open the Issues dialog.

Using the Notes tab

The Notes tab provides easy access to the following read-only note tabs related to the property:

  • Property Notes

  • Operation Notes

  • Snow Notes

  • Work Ticket Visit Notes

  • Collection Notes

    • The side panel view for Notes opens the most recent note by default with up to 10 notes expandable.

    • To view information for more than 10 visit notes, select View More to open the Visit Notes dialog. You can view file and photo attachments in the side panel.

Note:

If you made changes on a page where you’re viewing a side panel, be sure to save changes before clicking a side panel link.

Using the Timeline tab

The Timeline tab gives you a 90-day snapshot of activities, property updates, and invoicing activity. Since the property timeline is also available on a property’s detail screen, we have a separate article about using the property timeline.
