Customer Portal
Fixed an issue when paying invoices. If ACH was chosen first, then changed to a credit card, convenience fees were lost.
Dashboard
Resolved an issue where Property Status and Sales Type filters did not work on the KPI Sales Pipeline Insight dashboard.
Electronic Payments
Resolved an error where the Electronic Payment Log tab did not load.
Invoicing
Resolved an issue where invalid invoices were created when two users managed the same opportunity in separate browsers at the same time.
Resolved an issue when assigning a Credit Memo to an invoice and charging it later that caused the invoice to have the wrong credit applied.
Item Catalog
Fixed an issue when changing price lists on inventory items that caused multiple, inaccurate Inventory Variance records to be created for the same branch. If storage quantities were negative, no Inventory Variance was created.
Opportunities
Fixed an issue when renewing Opportunities. The option to Update Service Prices, based on current catalog Item Costs, with current Markups did not result in accurate prices on the new estimate.
Fixed an issue with the schedule of values on a Fixed Price on Completion template. Values were not populating when changing the Invoice Type to Fixed Price Open Billing.
Payments
Resolved an issue on the Payment screen when filtering invoices and selecting all that caused all invoices to be selected, not just filtered ones.
Reports
Fixed an issue where contracts longer than a year caused the second year’s work tickets to require more invoices than are possible, causing incorrect revenue variance.
Fixed an issue on the P&L Monthly report where the invoice revenue was too high because the Invoice Adjustment Types' invoice revenue was wrongly included.
Resolved an error when adding material items that were not estimated to a work ticket. The Job Dashboard Materials screen did not load.
Fixed an issue where work orders with the same service caused the This Period amount on the Construction WIP Adjustment report to be too high.
Resolved an error when creating WorkTicketCostToComplete records without a date that caused the Work in Progress report to be empty.
Subcontractor Portal
Fixed an issue where time entered without a start and end time did not show in Time Entry.
Time Entry
Fixed an issue where multiple flat rates were charged to the same person's time if they saved one flat rate to different routes.
Fixed an issue where late lunch waivers showed decisions from crew members that they did not complete.
Fixed an issue when allocating time to equipment in the Aspire Mobile app that caused Time Entry to generate improper item allocations.
