What's new?
The following search screens now include a new column where you can see detailed views or access action menus while remaining on the search screen.
Work Ticket Search List screen

How to use
From each search list screen, select the
panel icon to open a quick view of the selected record.

Select the three-dot menu to view the following actions.
Action | Description |
Go to contact | Only on the Contacts Search screen. Opens the full contact detail screen for the selected contact. |
New email | Opens a new email screen with the selected property in Regarding. |
New issue | Creates a new issue with the selected property in Regarding. The default date is the next day and the default priority is Normal. |
New task | Creates a new task with the selected property in Regarding. The default Start Date is the current day. The default End Date is the next day, and priority is Normal. |
New appointment | Creates a new appointment with the selected property in Regarding. The default date is the next day from 12pm to 1pm. |
Go to property | Only on the Property Advanced Search screen. Opens property detail screen view. |
Go to opportunity | Only available on the Work Ticket Search screen. Opens the opportunity detail screen for the selected work ticket. |
Go to work ticket | Only available on the Work Ticket Search screen. Opens the full work ticket detail screen for the selected record. |
Keep in mind
If side panels are disabled, you still have access to action menus but not quick views for contact, property, or work ticket details.
You can open a detail view and side panel at the same time.
The side panel column displays on default and on saved search lists, and cannot be moved. See Side Panel Menus for more information on how to enable or disable side panels.
