Schedule of Values for Change Orders

The Schedule of values established for the master work order and associated change orders are maintained separately from one another. If you drill into the master work order or one of the change orders and select Edit Schedule of Values from the More drop-down menu, you will see the schedule of values for that work order or change order. You can also select Edit Schedule of Values from the Change Order Actions menu.

At the same time, the schedule of values for the master work order and the associated change orders are also combined so that a unified schedule of values is presented when invoicing. This unified schedule of values is the one presented on the Master Schedule of Values screen when you select Master Schedule of Values from the drop-down, which is available in the footer of the Opportunity screen for Fixed Price Open Billing work orders that have been won.
