A schedule of values allows you to define an itemized list of valued services to be represented on customer Fixed Price Open Billing work order invoices. The Schedule of Values screen is used to define the schedule of values for a work order. For work orders that have been won, you can only modify the schedule of values if you have the Modify SOV After Opportunity is Won permission. This screen is accessed by clicking Edit Schedule of Values from the More drop-down on the Estimate screen for Fixed Price Open Billing work orders.


When the Schedule of Values screen is first displayed, Aspire provides a default schedule of values as determined by the Default Schedule of Values to % vs Dollars check box and the Schedule of Values Display Grouping option on the Application Configuration screen.

CheckedAspire will generate one line for each service in the estimate that will generate a work ticket, and for each of those line items, the Linked to Service checkbox is checked. Setting up the schedule of values in this fashion will allow you to generate invoices by specifying the percent of each service that has been completed with Aspire calculating the dollar amount based on the percentage.
UncheckedAspire will generate one line for each unique service, for each of those line items the Linked to Service checkbox is unchecked, the quantity field is set to the dollar value of the service, and the Unit Price is set to $1. Setting up the schedule of values in this fashion will allow you to generate invoices by specifying the dollars to invoice.

By Estimate Headers

When users select "Edit SOV" while viewing an Estimate, the SOV will automatically include the Estimate's groupings, keeping the names used for groups and services.

By Service Type

Services flagged with individual work tickets appear individually, ensuring each is easily identifiable. Aspire will add unique identifiers only when necessary.

You can modify the default schedule of values to incorporate other line items on which you might agree with the customer to base billing.
