The following table summarizes the elements of the main screen of the Job Dashboard.

Element	Description
Profitability Info Section – This section
Original Contract	Original estimated amount for the work order.
Change Orders	Total estimated amount for all change orders associated with the work order.
Current Contract	Original estimated amount plus amounts of all change orders.
Estimated Cost	Contract estimated price with changes. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Cost Drill Down Report.
Estimated GM %	Estimated GM Dollars / Current Contract
Estimated GM Dollars	Contract estimated price (with changes) less the estimated cost.
Projected Cost to Complete	Currently projected cost accounting for changes from estimates that are specified using the Construction WIP Adjustments Report. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Cost Drill Down Report.
Projected GM %	Projected GM Dollars / Current Contract
Projected GM $	This is the sum of the most recent cost to complete entries (if they exist) as specified from the WIP Adjustments Report for the tickets on the opportunity if they exist. If no cost to complete entries have been made for a ticket, shows the total estimated cost.
Cost to Date %	Cost to Date Dollars / Estimated Cost
Cost to Date $	Sum of accepted costs (Labor, Material, Equipment, Sub, Other) on the opportunity. Costs are accepted from the Time Entry screen or by receiving associated purchase receipts to work tickets (excluding receipt to job inventory). Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Cost Drill Down Report.
Billed to Date %	Billed to Date Dollars / Current Contract
Billed to Date Dollars	Amount invoiced to date. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Invoices Drill Down Report.
Gross Margin %	Cost to Date / Billed to Date
Gross Margin Dollars	Billed to Date less Cost to Date.
Earned Revenue (%)	Earned Revenue / Current Contract
Earned Revenue ($)	Calculated based on standard Earned Revenue calculation for Aspire.

Cash Positions Section – This section
Billed to Date	Amount invoiced for the job to date. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Invoices Drill Down Report.
Less Open A/R	Amount remaining to be paid on the invoice. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Invoices Drill Down Report.
Less Retention	Retainage that has been set aside based on created invoices, but not yet invoiced. Clicking this value will drill down into the Job Dashboard Retainage Drill Down Report.
Cash In	Total payments and credits for the job.
Cost to Date	Cost recognized to date on the job. Sum of the values for Labor Expense and A/P Direct Cost fields underneath Cost to Date.
Labor Expense	Displays actual labor cost to date for the job. Clicking on this item displays the Job Dashboard Costs Search List screen to provide additional detail.
A/P Direct Cost	Displays total cost for the job minus labor costs. Clicking on this item displays the Job Dashboard Costs Search List screen to provide additional detail.
Job Inventory	Displays the dollar amount of items that have been purchased to job inventory but have not yet been applied to the job. Clicking on this item displays the Job Inventory Costs Search List screen to provide additional detail.
Less Open A/P	Cost of items on purchase receipts that have been received but not approved. Clicking this value will drill down to the Job Dashboard Receipt Drill Down Report.
Less Committed	Cost of items on purchase receipts that have not been received.
Cash Out	Cost that has been approved for payment. (Cost to Date - (Less Open AP + Less Committed))
Cash Flow	Shows the net cash received for the job - the difference between payments received for the job and cost incurred. (Cash In – Cash Out)
Dials	Dials showing projected profit and cash flow.

Job Dashboard Cost Drill Down Report

The Job Dashboard Cost Drill Down Report is implemented as an advanced search list that shows the cost associated with all work tickets for the selected job. This drill-down report is displayed by clicking the following hyperlinks in the Job Dashboard:

Projected Cost in Profitability Info Section
Cost to Date in Profitability Info Section

This search list makes the following fields available.

The Job Dashboard Invoices Drill Down Report is implemented as an advanced search list that provides information for all invoices associated with the selected job. This drill-down report is displayed by clicking the following hyperlinks in the Job Dashboard:

Billed to Date in Cash Position Section
Less Open A/Rin Cash Position Section

This search list makes the following fields available.

For Open Billing work orders, The Job Dashboard Retainage Drill Down Report is implemented as an advanced search list that provides information for all retainage information for invoices associated with the selected job. This drill-down report is displayed by clicking the following hyperlinks in the Job Dashboard:

Job Dashboard Receipt Drill Down Report

The Job Dashboard Receipt Drill Down Report is implemented as an advanced search list that provides information for all purchase receipts associated with the selected job. This drill-down report is displayed by clicking the following hyperlinks in the Job Dashboard:

Less Open A/P in Cash Position Section
Less Committed in Cash Position Section

This search list makes the following fields available.

Receipt Number
Vendor
Status
Received Date
Approved Date
Vendor Invoice Date
Vendor Invoice Number

Job Dashboard Costs Search List Screen

Clicking on Labor Expense or A/P Direct Cost in the Cash Position section displays the Job Dashboard Costs Search List screen which shows the work tickets and associated costs for the job as depicted below:

You can drill-down further into any of the work tickets displayed in the list for additional detail.

Job Inventory Costs Search List Screen

Clicking on Job Inventory in the Cash Position section displays the Job Inventory Costs Search List screen (labeled Job Dashboard Costs) which shows allocations to job inventory based on purchase (positive cost) and allocations from job inventory to the job (negative cost), as depicted below:

You cannot drill-down further into these line items.
