What's new?

Designated areas in Aspire now offer generative AI called Titan Intelligence to create or refine customer communications. You can prompt Titan Intelligence to write for you and choose the tone, text quality, length, and clarity of your writing. Preview your text before sending it and make any adjustments you need. Currently, this feature is only available for proposal descriptions, site audit emails, bulk emails, invoice batch emails, and email opportunity invoices.

Note: This feature is in early access. If you are interested in gaining early access, please contact your CSM.

Using Titan Intelligence

1. In the rich text editor (RTE), select the Titan Intelligence icon.

   

2. Enter your prompt in the text box.

   

3. Review the generated text. You can discard the text, use Titan Intelligence to refine it, or insert the text into the RTE. When you select Refine, choose from the following.

   1. Improve writing

   2. Make longer

   3. Make shorter

   4. Change tone

      1. Casual

      2. Empathetic

      3. Neutral

      4. Professional

4. If you are satisfied with the generated text or wish to edit it directly, select Insert. This will move the generated text into the RTE.

Keep in Mind

• Titan Intelligence is only available in designated areas of Aspire.

• It will not affect your writing unless you select it in the RTE.

• Photos and tables are not supported.

• Titan Intelligence may not retain Aspire expandable tokens. Always review text before sending.

• Titan Intelligence is currently only available for the following.

  • Proposal Descriptions

  • Site Audit Emails

  • Bulk Emails

  • Invoice Batch Emails

  • Email Opportunity Invoices
