The described changes can be made to a user record on the user settings screen given the following permissions.
Add Crew Leader Contact
If you are not assigned a Branch or System Admin permission, with this permission, you can change or add:
- Attachments
- Create a user from a contact record
- Branches that you can access
- Dashboard Customizations
- Password
- PIN
You can not change:
- Devices
- User Roles
Branch Admin
If you are assigned a Branch Admin permission you can:
- Create a user from a contact record
- Update a User
- Make changes to any field on the page
- Add, change, or remove attachments
- Change Dashboard Customizations
You can not change:
- Devices
System Admin
If you are assigned a System Admin permission you have full control of the settings on this page. You can:
- Create a user from a contact record
- Update a User
- Make changes to any field on the page
- Add, change, or remove attachments
- Change Dashboard Customizations
Update Employee PIN
If you are assigned an Update Employee PIN permission, you can only update the PIN of an employee.
