Vehicle GPS Tracking

Aspire has partnered with Agilis Systems, a leader in GPS tracking solutions for small, mid-sized, and enterprise-sized fleets, to add equipment GPS tracking features to Aspire. Based on this partnership, Aspire provides fee-based, real-time GPS vehicle reporting that integrates with the Aspire Crew Mobile application, the Aspire Scheduling Board, and the Aspire Equipment module. Tracking is provided based on two different types of devices:

1. Vehicle GPS trackers to plug into and track fleet vehicle miles and operation data. Aspire integration features include:
   • Automatic Vehicle Meter Reading – Each night, Aspire can be set up to automatically update meter readings on the vehicles.
   • Vehicle Map Location – The Scheduling Board provides an Equipment Location Search option for displaying a map that pinpoints the locations of the primary vehicle assigned to each route for a route manager.
   • Vehicle Alerts on Scheduling Board – The Scheduling Board provides access to vehicle alert information for the primary vehicle assigned to any route.
   • Property Stop Duration in Time Entry – On the Time Entry screen, Aspire shows the duration that the vehicle was stopped at the property for each work ticket based on the property’s defined geo-fence.
2. Equipment GPS trackers to connect to equipment assets to track operation hours.

GPS Enrollment

This is a pay-per-equipment asset service.  The company will initially enroll with Agilis to establish a GPS monitoring service. Aspire will invoice the company monthly based on the number of equipment assets added to the contract.  When enrolling with Agilis, the company will receive a Linxup monitoring device for each vehicle that plugs into the vehicle’s diagnostic interface or Asset Tracker to be connected to other equipment assets.

You will be able to download an application called FleetSharp to the iOS or Android device and register it to provide access to fleet information outside of Aspire. They can also access the FleetSharp application on the web by going to https://FleetSharp.com.
