Delivery Time![]() | Specifies how far in advance to send a visit reminder. You can configure reminders from 1 to 31 days before the scheduled visit, allowing flexibility for services that need additional preparation (e.g., chemical applications, concrete work). Applies to all visit service types. |
Delivery Time Details![]() | Select when the visit reminder is sent to the customer.

Message Body![]() | You can manually type out the message you want recipients to see or you can click on the search icon to choose from tokens.

Test![]() | Click Test to send a test SMS what your customers will see after you finish drafting your message.

Save![]() | Save a new notification or an update to an existing notification. |
More Actions...![]() | Click on the More menu to copy the notification you have set up. By clicking Copy, you will clone the notification details so that you can use the information from which to build a new notification.![]() |
