CRM Enhancements

Below is a list of the CRM enhancements contained in this release.

Properties

  • As an Aspire administrative user, you can mark the following fields as required on the Property Details screen: Account Owner, Industry, Lead Source, Operations Manager, Payment Terms, Primary Contact, Property Details, State, and Tax Jurisdiction by enabling one or more or all of these options from the Required Fields subsection of the Administration menu. The option to save newly created properties and existing properties that are edited will be disabled until all required fields are filled, or an option is selected.

  • When adding a Primary or Billing contact from the New Property details screen, the Contact details screen will open in a separate tab.

Opportunities

  • You can display, group, sort, and filter by Electronic Signature on the Opportunites advanced search list screen. This field will display the date on which the signature was recorded.

Contacts

  •  You can add the Certification Number to the contact details for Employees and Subcontractors.
    • This field can contain a maximum of 50 characters.

Invoicing

  • Hyperlinks have been added to the Invoice details screen so you can navigate to the Company, Billing Contact, and Property details screen without leaving the Invoice details screen.

  • Division has been added as a field to use to filter, display, group, and sort information contained on the advanced search list of the Receivable and Invoicing tab of the Invoicing module.

Reports

Work Ticket Visit Report

  • A filter for Tomorrow has been added to the Work Ticket Visit Report advanced search list screen so that you can create a Work Ticket Visit report using this filter for all fields containing a date.
    • Please note that the Tomorrow filter type can filter all Date fields throughout Aspire.
  • There is a new field for Crew Members so that you can find work ticket visits associated with a specific crew member without knowing their associated routes.

  • You can display sort and group by scheduled start and end time.

 Legacy - Pivot Reports

  • If you are viewing pivot reports from the Legacy environment, you will no longer see a Back button on the following reports:
    • Sales Pivot Table
    • Hours Pivot Table
    • Work Tickets Pivot Table
    • Purchases Pivot Table

Certifications Report

  • Certification Number has been added as a field that can be displayed, grouped, sorted, or filtered on the Certifications report.

End-of-Month Report

  • On the Expense Tab of the End of Month Report, Branches will now be sorted alphabetically.

A/R Aging List

  • Sales Rep and Division are two new fields that can be used to display, group, filter, and sort information in the A/R Aging List.

Miscellaneous Improvements

  • The Item Type filter on the Catalog Item Search screen of the Create Estimate tab of an Opportunity allows you to filter Kits.

  • The Last Activity and the Last Activity Date advanced search fields located on the Contacts, Opportunities, and Properties will display the date of sent emails.

  • The Last Activity field on the Contacts, Opportunities, and Opportunities section of the Property Details screen will now include the display of Issues
  • The ItemQuantityUnit Cost, or Last Allocation Date on the Inventory Allocation modal accessed by selecting the +ADD  icon in the Cost pane on the Work Tickets detail screen can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
