Email Notification Reply-To Override Field

In this field, you can choose a contact type of Employee, Account Owner, Branch Manager, Operations Manager for an Opportunity or Property, Route Manager, Sales Rep., or an individual contact within a branch to which you have access.
Exchange Depreciation
In consideration of the depreciation of Microsoft Exchange, the following changes have been implemented on the Sync portion of the User Settings screen:
- Select One will default in the required Provider field on the User Settings screen.
- You will need to select sync options before you can choose a provider. Otherwise, the field will be read-only.
- Exchange will only be available if you are currently syncing with Exchange.
Item Catalog Enhancements
To improve the use of price lists and the application of inventory costs to catalog items, the following enhancements have been implemented:
Price List
- The Price List screen is now fixed to the Item Catalog details screen. You can easily view and access price lists associated with an inventory item and easily juxtapose Price Lists to the Allocation Item Cost of an item.
- If you create a Price List for an inventory item, the Purchase Unit Cost will be a read-only field because the purchase unit cost cannot be changed unless you create another price list. You can adjust the Purchase Unit Cost for non-inventory items.
Inventory Cost
- The Inventory Cost modal can be accessed by selecting the plus sign next to the Allocation Item Cost field or the plus sign icon in line with a Price List entry.
- To better preserve a history of inventory cost changes, an Inventory Cost can only be adjusted or removed on the same day of its creation. You will notice that the Inventory Cost modal will have selectable drop-down options and the option to delete inventory costs on the day the inventory cost was created. Inventory costs not falling within the change/removal window will reflect as read-only fields, and you will not see the option to delete the inventory cost.
- Every time you change an inventory cost, there will be a record of the change within the Aspire system, and the inventory variance will be reflected on the End of Month(EOM) Report for the branch that is associated with the inventory item. If you delete an inventory cost, the inventory variance record will also be removed and not reflected on the EOM Report.
Crew Mobile Enhancements
- The Crew Mobile app has undergone user interface changes to align with up-to-date branding standards across Aspire platforms. Notably, you will notice that the color scheme and the Home button logo have been updated.
You will also have the option to select a Client ID from the Company Code dropdown to ensure that you are signing into the correct account. This is especially relevant if you require assistance from our AspireCare team. The Care team can quickly log in to the correct environment to troubleshoot the issue if they have ever logged into your company’s system.
