The Contacts Search List screen provides a list of contacts and behaves like other search lists allowing you to display and filter information to provide the most value in various situations. It allows you to create a new contact and provides access to any contact in the system allowing you to select any contact for viewing or updating.
The Contacts Search List screen provides a quick view for contact details and an action item menu for navigating to a contact and creating new appointments, issues, emails, or tasks. to view detail about your contact without leaving the search list screen. Select the three-dot menu to view available actions for your contacts.
Mobile Contacts Search List Screen
The mobile Contacts Search List screen provides a combo-box, typing part of the text for a contact name displays a list of available items.
Clicking on a name in the list displays the contacts screen to view important information. You will be able to initiate the editing of the contact information on this screen.
