Property availability, skills, and certifications checks
Aspire now checks property availability and required crew certifications and skills during scheduling. When a conflict is detected, such as booking a visit outside a property's working hours or assigning a crew to a service they aren't certified to perform, a confirmation modal displays so you can review and resolve the issue. These validations apply across scheduling workflows, including drag and drop scheduling and recurring visits, to help reduce service delays and prevent contract compliance issues.
💡Work Ticket Visit report improvements
We’ve updated the Work Ticket Visit report to make visit data more actionable. A new column shows the number of notes per visit, and a side panel displays those notes, including photo attachments, alongside key work ticket and property details. New columns like Last Visit Note, Attachment Present, and Visit in Progress give you a quick view of field activity.
Dashboards and search made easier
You can now create a dashboard metric directly from a saved Advanced Search List. The new Create metric option in the More actions menu pulls in your search criteria automatically, saving time and reducing setup errors. Aspire also supports hourly dashboard refreshes via a new user setting. Additionally, we’ve expanded Omnisearch support to include email and property addresses. Together, these changes make dashboards more actionable and search more forgiving, especially for newer teams building out workflows.
💡CRM enhancements
We've made several enhancements based on your feedback to improve customer relationships and essential business processes. Select 6.25.0 CRM Enhancements for more information.
Early access features
The following features are currently in early access. To request access, contact your CSM.
Dynamic translation for crew notes and comments
Aspire now offers translation services for upgraded communication and efficiency between your users. With this feature, you can translate crew members' notes, comments, or responses to the language they use in their browser. You can also switch between the original text and translated text.
Subcontractor Portal 2.0
Introducing Subcontractor Portal 2.0, featuring an updated interface, subcontractor invitations, and document management. The new portal does not require subcontractors to be Aspire users. They can create their own accounts and be invited to any Aspire system to view and manage their routes and documents.
💡Property view added to Schedule Board
The updated Schedule Board now includes a Property view that makes it easier to plan and manage work at the property level. You can filter by property, opportunity, or route manager, then drag visits from the Work Ticket drawer directly onto a specific property's row or anywhere a visit needs to be scheduled. This view complements the traditional Route view and helps your teams better plan site-specific work, especially when managing high-volume or recurring visits.
💡EOM Checklist for month-end reporting
Aspire’s new End-of-Month (EOM) Checklist is designed to bring order and visibility to your month-end process. Instead of jumping between modules to check financial status, you can now access an interactive checklist that consolidates all essential reconciliation steps in one place. Each section of the checklist ties directly to its relevant module: Work Tickets, Purchase Receipts, Inventory Review, Invoicing, and more, so your team can investigate and resolve discrepancies without switching context. The checklist tracks real-time variances and flags any items requiring review or action before closing the month. Since it’s fully integrated with Advanced Search, you can drill into filtered views for unresolved items and complete closing tasks directly from the report, making the entire process more efficient and less error-prone. For more information, see EOM Checklist.
6.23.2
Background Processing and Notification Updates
Invoice batch generation in the Invoicing Assistant now runs as a background process to improve stability and support larger batches. Aspire notifies you when your batch generation is complete, so you don’t need to monitor progress manually and can continue to other tasks while the process runs.
This update also introduces the Notification Center, a dedicated hub for system alerts and background task updates. Unlike the Resource Center, which provides Aspire news, tutorials, and support resources, the Notification Center delivers real-time system notifications. To view notifications, select the bell icon in the top navigation bar in Aspire Cloud. For more information, see 6.23.2 Background Processing and Notification Updates.
