Submittals Pending Alert

Aspire generates a Submittals Pending alert in the Resource Center if a submittal is not assigned to a specific opportunity. This alert highlights pending submittals that require review or approval, ensuring critical project submissions are not overlooked.

When you select the Submittals Pending alert, Aspire goes to the Submittal Projects - Action Needed subtab within Opportunities. This view lists all unassigned submittals. From here, you can:

1. Locate the submittal.
2. Select the three-dot menu next to the submittal.
3. Choose Assign Submittal to open a modal.
4. Assign the submittal to the appropriate opportunity.
