Aspire Mobile
Addressed an issue ensuring pay codes are applied to the correct pay schedule in Aspire Mobile.
Calendar
Changes have been made to ensure that calendar appointments in Aspire are saved after syncing.
Customer Portal
- With the correct permission, an error will no longer appear after selecting the option to Send Customer Invites, regardless of user role limitations.
- Resolved an issue to ensure an error message no longer occurs after accessing the Customer Portal 2.0 for the first time.
Equipment
- Fixed an issue to ensure the Request Services Due option appears in the Service Log window for an Equipment item.
Invoicing
- Non-rebill invoices have been updated to ensure amounts are correctly displayed without a decimal value.
- Made updates to ensure QuickBooks will no longer fail to sync, and account numbers will be retained after changes have been made and saved on the Admin Branch page.
Issues
- Fixed an issue to ensure KB article links are accessible after adding one to an issue.
- Resolved an issue preventing the ability to add attachments to Issues.
Opportunities
- Corrected an issue to ensure the accurate amount of work tickets are created after winning a changed contract for one year.
- Fixed an issue to ensure that revenue variance can be created for an ongoing annual contract.
- Fixed an issue to ensure proposals can be printed when the correct permissions are enabled under the user role.

Resolved an issue to ensure that the Allocation Item option on the Allocation section of the Inventory page is not intermittently disabled.

- You can now ensure that the A/R Aging report only includes balanced properties.
- The Profit & Loss report has been updated so an error does not occur after specifying properties when customizing filters.
- Corrected an issue to ensure all fields appear in the Subcontractor Expense portion of the Auto Expense report.

Fixed an issue to ensure customers can open site audits that have been emailed by ensuring that the export type is added to the file name.
Work Tickets
- We have made updates so an error message does not populate after swapping work ticket costs.
- Made corrections to ensure T&M As Needed tickets can be completed in bulk on the Work Ticket search list page.
- Corrected an issue to ensure an error does not prevent the ability to access the work ticket details page, given the user role is associated with the correct permissions.

- We have corrected an issue to prevent importing the same catalog item multiple times.
- We resolved an error preventing the ability to change a service display name under 150 characters on the Service Catalog page.
Dashboard
The progress bar percent value within a metric tile on the Dashboard page will now reflect the actual goal completeness, even if the value exceeds the specified goal threshold.
Invoicing
We have made updates to ensure the Remaining Value displays correctly for Fixed Price Open Billing invoices containing a negative schedule of values.
Marketing Pro
We have implemented changes to ensure that when a bulk update of contact tags is initiated in Aspire, those updates will be promptly transferred to Marketing Pro.
Opportunities
- We have updated our process to ensure revenue variance is considered for contracts lasting less than a month.
- We fixed an issue preventing the ability to reset an opportunity back to bidding when it has a Limit Fixed Price Service and a visit is moved to another opportunity.
Work Tickets
The ability to select a date is no longer blocked when allocating materials to a work ticket.

- Fixed an issue where enabling and disabling branch-level integration in the Admin Accounting Sync for QuickBooks Desktop cleared system-level account numbers.
- Fixed an issue in the Web Report Designer where the Save Changes dialog incorrectly displayed the name of the first closed layout instead of the active layout.

- Fixed an issue where the PUT /CatalogItems API returned a misleading error message indicating "CategoryID is required" instead of the correct "CatalogItemCategoryID is required."

- Fixed an issue where items allocated from purchase receipts did not display the source receipt on work tickets, making it difficult to trace the allocation origin.
- Fixed an issue where $0 time and materials (T&M) work tickets could be marked as incomplete via bulk actions, reverting their status to "Scheduled" or "Open" while still linked to an invoice.
- Fixed an issue where attempting to print a work ticket with 308 or more visits caused an error.
