From Notification Settings, you can configure email and SMS notifications to communicate important information to your customers. You can send:
- Email or SMS notifications when a work ticket is completed.
- Email notifications to remind customers of upcoming appointments.
You can manage notification settings at both the system and branch levels. A green checkmark in the Email Enabled or SMS Enabled column indicates that the feature is enabled for a branch.
Screen Element | Description |
Email Notification Enabled![]() | Use this toggle to enable or disable email notifications at the system level. |
SMS Notification Enabled![]() | Use this toggle to enable or disable SMS notifications at the system level. |
Reply to Email (System)*![]() | The responding email address. When your customers receive an email notification, it will appear to be coming from this address. |
Auto-Generated Toll-Free Number![]() | The unique number assigned to your company for SMS message correspondence. |

Edit Branch Notification
To customize notification settings for a specific branch:
- Select a branch from the list.
- Modify the notification settings in the Edit Branch Notification modal.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Screen elements of the Edit Branch Notification modal are described below:
Screen Element | Description |
---|---|
Branch Name | Displays the branch name. This field is read-only. |
Email Enabled | Toggle switch to enable or disable email notifications for the branch. |
Branch Reply To Email | Input field to set the reply-to email address for branch notifications. |
SMS Enabled | Toggle switch to enable or disable SMS notifications for the branch. |
Use Branch Name | Toggle switch to use the branch name instead of the company name in SMS messages. |
Cancel | Closes the modal without saving changes. |
Save | Saves changes and applies the notification settings for the branch. |
You can use the Bulk Actions menu to apply Use Branch Name or Use Company Name settings to multiple branches in notifications.
