View and Manage SMS Visit Reminder Notifications
Active
Activate or deactivate the notification. 
Notification Name
  • Assign a name to help you classify and identify the notification.  
  • Choose a naming convention that best suits the purpose of the visit reminder. 
    • For example - St Louis - Irrigation Enhancement - Initial Reminder 
Branch
  • Assign the branch(es) that should be associated with the notification. 
Route
  • Optional field 
  • You can use this field to associate a time-based or sequenced route to your visit reminder. 
Divisions
Choose the division(s) to associate with the visit reminder.
Service Type 
Select the service type(s) to which the visit reminder should be applied.
Service 
Select the service to which the visit reminder should be applied.
Notification Type Select Visit Reminder
Trigger TypeThis is a read-only field. The only option is Work Ticket Visit Scheduled. 
Delivery Time
This is a read-only field. The current option is Day Before
Delivery Time Details Select when the visit reminder is sent to the customer. 
  • You can set the minutes to one of the following 15-minute intervals - 00, 15, 30, or 45. 
  • The time is in the 12-hour clock format (HH: MM). 
Message Body
You can manually type out the message you want recipients to see or you can click on the search icon to choose from tokens.
  • Manually typed text and tokens will go against the maximum 320-character count. 
  •  Click Available Notification Tokens to view the currently available tokens. 
  • You must designate a time-based route under the Route(s) field to use time-based visit tokens in the Message Body field. 
                                                                                         

Test
Click Test to send a test SMS what your customers will see after you finish drafting your message.
  • You can send out a TEST message if your notification template meets the following criterion: 
    • It is a unique message template. You will get an error message detailing that the notification already exists if the template is a duplicate of an existing notification. 
    • All required fields are filled. 
    • The number of the Test Recipient is valid. 

Save
Save a new notification or an update to an existing notification.
More Actions...
Click on the More menu to copy the notification you have set up. By clicking Copy, you will clone the notification details so that you can use the information from which to build a new notification.
