A quick ticket is a tool for when you come across another service that needs to be addressed while actively working on another service for a Work Order opportunity. 

Select Add New in the Direct Job Time header of the Time Entry screen to add a Quick Ticket.

Add Quick Ticket  

This option allows you to select an opportunity template set up as a Quick Work Order template. This will create a new work order with a single work ticket as defined by the template and replace the quick ticket with the work ticket on that new work order.

When you select a quick order template, Aspire displays the Quick Ticket screen, allowing you to specify other details of the service performed.

Add Existing Ticket

Selecting this option displays a work ticket search list. You can locate and select a work ticket to which the hours from the quick ticket will be assigned. The selected work ticket replaces the quick ticket.
