The Work Ticket screen displays all assigned routes for that day. You can expand routes to view work tickets or select different dates. You can also export a daily summary of routes, tickets, and time and materials.
The following fields show in expanded routes:
Field | Description |
Add item | Add items required for the work ticket. |
Start date and time | When you start working on a service. The portal will use this to calculate your total hours. |
End date and time | When you stop working on a service. The portal will use this to calculate your total hours. |
Hours | The total time it took to complete a service. These values are automatically calculated based on start and end time. |
Visit notes | View, edit, and add new visit notes for a work ticket. |
The following fields may display depending on how your partner configures the portal.
Field | Description |
Add service | Add a service to a route or work ticket. |
Partial | You can specify a partial occurrence percentage that indicates how much of the expected effort/time was required per service work ticket. |
Note: You will receive a Workday summary email for all items submitted. This email includes an Excel export with the routes, work tickets, and time and materials for that day.
