Adding services and items to a work ticket
- From the Work Ticket screen, expand a ticket.
- Select Add item.
- Choose the crew member or material.
- Depending on your selection, set the Start and End times of a service or the quantity of materials.
- Review your selections.
You may submit your changes now or continue making changes and submit later. If you leave the Work Ticket screen without submitting, your changes will not be saved.
Note: If there are no items in the ticket, you will not be able to submit the work ticket or route.
Submitting routes
You can submit one route or multiple routes at the same time.
- From the Work Ticket screen, select the check box next to the route(s).
- Select Submit.
You will receive a notification that your submission is successful.
Completing work tickets
When you finish your work, mark your work ticket as complete. You may group work tickets together by route or mark them individually.
- From the route you want to complete tickets for, select the
icon.
- Check the box next to the ticket.
- Select Complete.
Visit notes
From a work ticket, you can view and add visit notes for a service by selecting the icon.
