Aspire Mobile
Run your crew's day from the field, even when you're offline. Find guides for logging in, tracking time, working tickets, and managing contacts and properties.
THREE THINGS THAT TRIP PEOPLE UP
- Your user role decides what you see. If a feature such as Contacts or Properties is missing from your navigation bar or menu, ask your administrator to turn it on for your user role.
- Your device needs approval the first time you sign in. Depending on your company's setup, approval is automatic or an administrator approves it. You also need an internet connection to authorize your device.
- Offline access covers only what's already on your device. Contacts and properties you haven't opened in 30 days are removed from local storage, and creating a contact requires an internet connection. Changes you make offline sync the next time you connect.

How a day in Aspire Mobile works
Most crew leaders follow the same path each day. Steps 3 and 4 repeat for every ticket on your route.
1. Set up and log in
Sign in with a PIN or your email and password, and get back in when you're locked out.
2. Time entry
Clock yourself and your crew in and out, answer clock prompts, and correct clock times.
3. Daily plan
The Daily Plan is the default screen for crew leaders. It shows the routes, tickets, materials, and equipment for today or tomorrow.
4. Tickets
Record time on each job, add unplanned work, and fill out ticket forms.
5. Issues and alerts
Follow up on issues assigned to you, send receipts to the office, and stay current on changes to your assignments.
6. CRM: contacts and properties
Search, view, edit, and create contact and property records from the field. Your user role controls access to each module and what you can do in it.
7. Navigation and settings
Personalize your navigation bar, change app settings, and request equipment service from the menu.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see Contacts, Properties, or another feature in the app?
The features you see depend on your user role. If something you need is missing from your navigation bar or menu, ask your administrator to turn it on in the Mobile section of your user role. Users without a user role see the default crew member view with Time Tracking, Alerts, and Time Log. Administrators can review the options in Defining Role Permissions in Aspire.
Why is my device waiting for approval?
If your company hasn't turned on automatic approval, an administrator has to approve your device after you select Authorize. While you wait, you can select Refresh to resend the request. After your device is approved, sign in again. Administrators can set this up in Approving a Device.
Can I use Aspire Mobile without an internet connection?
Yes, for most of your day. Aspire refreshes your data every 15 minutes while you're connected, and you can switch between today and tomorrow on the Daily Plan while offline. Contacts and properties you opened in the last 30 days are saved on your device, and edits you make offline sync when you reconnect. You need a connection to sign in for the first time and to create a new contact. See Data refresh options.
Why don't I see my tickets on the Daily Plan?
Check that you selected the right day and route. If they're correct, ask your administrator to confirm the tickets are assigned to you. See Daily plan.
How do I see tomorrow's work?
On the Daily Plan, select Today to open the dropdown, then select Tomorrow. You can switch between days online or offline.
Why can't I find a property?
Only active properties appear in Aspire Mobile, and if you're assigned to one branch, you see only that branch's properties. Search by property name, abbreviation, primary contact name, city, or address. See View, Edit, and Create Properties.
Why aren't location features, like time entry, working?
Some features, including time entry, need your device's location. Turn on location services for Aspire Mobile in your device settings.
