We've updated the Customer Portal Verified field to indicate which portal(s) a contact is verified in.

Item substitution CRM updates

The Substituted Items field is now available in work ticket layouts, with the option to include the Estimated Item field as needed. Icons and checkmarks on the Job Dashboard and Daily Plan Report clearly indicate substituted items or those not included in the original estimate. New fields across the Job Dashboard, Daily Plan Report, and Work Ticket Item Sourcing Report improve substitution tracking and organization. Filter, display, and grouping options provide quick access to substitution details for easy review.
