Snow mode changes Aspire Mobile behavior to improve operational efficiency during winter seasons in colder climates.
Snow mode is enabled at the system level by a system administrator and can then be toggled on or off by crew leaders within Aspire Mobile.

Accessing Snow Mode in Aspire Mobile
To turn Snow Mode on or off in Aspire Mobile:
- Log in to the Aspire Mobile App as a Crew Leader.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Use the Snow Mode toggle to enable or disable Snow Mode for the current session.
Snow mode behavior
If you enable Snow Mode in Aspire Mobile, Aspire will do the following:
- Limit the services available in the mobile time app to those associated with the Snow division.
The division name must be exactly Snow (case insensitive). It cannot include additional words or characters (for example, “Snow Removal,” “Winter Services,” or “Sn”). - Limit the available catalog items displayed in the mobile time app to those whose item category contains the string “snow.”
- Limit the routes available on the Schedule screen in the mobile time app to those that are in the Snow division.
It is common to enable Snow Mode in Aspire during the snow season and disable it when the season ends.
