Snow Mode changes Aspire Mobile behavior to improve operational efficiency during winter seasons in colder climates.
A system administrator turns on Snow Mode at the system level, and crew leaders can then turn it on or off within Aspire Mobile.
Accessing Snow Mode in Aspire Mobile
To turn Snow Mode on or off in Aspire Mobile:
- Log in to Aspire Mobile as a Crew Leader.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Use the Snow Mode toggle to turn Snow Mode on or off for the current session.

Snow Mode behavior
When you turn on Snow Mode in Aspire Mobile, Aspire does the following:
- Limits the services available in Aspire Mobile to those in the Snow division whose Opportunity is also in the Snow division. The division name must be exactly Snow (case-insensitive). It can’t include additional words or characters (for example, “Snow Removal,” “Winter Services,” or “Sn”).
- Limits the catalog items displayed in Aspire Mobile to those whose item category contains “snow.”
- Limits the routes available on the Schedule screen in Aspire Mobile to those in the Snow division.
Important: For a service to appear in Snow Mode, both the service’s division and the division on its Opportunity must be Snow. To make blended Snow work available in Snow Mode, place the Snow services on an Opportunity whose division is Snow. If Snow services sit on a blended (white and green) Opportunity whose Opportunity division is set to something else, such as Maintenance, those services won’t appear in Aspire Mobile while Snow Mode is on, even though the service division is Snow.
It’s common to turn on Snow Mode in Aspire during the snow season and turn it off when the season ends.
