The Estimate screen provides a three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen above the Estimate Summary section. This menu lets you take a variety of actions on the estimate.
Things to know
Most items in the table below link to related articles so you can learn more about concepts and options you may not know about yet.
For work orders that have change orders established, all the options from the action menu on the Opportunity screen are moved to this menu on the Estimate screen. The options available depend on the opportunity’s type and status and on the existence of a change order.
This article only defines menu options unique to the Estimate screen. For items that also appear in the action menu on the Opportunity screen, refer to our Opportunity Action Menu Reference.
Requirements
Accessing this menu requires the same level of access you would need for viewing or creating an estimate. Refer to our article about creating an estimate for the full list of permissions.

Adjust Service Pricing
Only available for work orders. Opens the Adjust Service Pricing screen which lets you simultaneously refine customer pricing for all services on the estimate. There are three pricing type options:
Service Price % – Specify a percentage increase or decrease to be applied to all services.
Service GM % – Specify a target gross margin percent. Aspire will adjust the service pricing to allow the estimate to meet the specified gross margin. The GM% to which the price is adjusted is determined based on the Show Gross Margin Less Sub-option under Administration > Application > Configuration.
Total Fixed Price – Proportionally adjusts pricing of all services on the estimate so that they add up to a specified fixed price.

Opens a Pricing Summary Report that summarizes cost, margin, overhead, and profit, providing a breakdown of the contribution across item types for the project.
Print Estimate Sheet
Lets you download a copy of the estimate. Opens a Report Settings window where you can choose a Report Layout and Export Type. If you don't have the Choose Report Export Type permission, you can only download the estimate as a PDF. This feature is mostly used to confirm pricing with vendors before delivering the bid to the customer.
Note:
Estimate Sheet layouts are commonly established with input from the AspireCare team during system setup.
View Insights
Opens the Insights Report where estimators can review category-level productivity rates, cost per production hour, revenue per production hour, and estimated profit per production hour — all derived from the existing estimate — before the opportunity is won. Learn more in our article about using Project Insights.
