Service Visit Checklists
Experience enhanced Work Ticket management with the ability to create a visit checklist that individually lists tasks to be completed within a service that can be added to all Opportunity Types. This added granularity provides you with the ability to ensure that specific tasks are carried out before a work ticket is completed. Secondly, you are provided additional data insight regarding Work Tickets with the newly added Visit Checklist report. Click Service Visit Checklists for instructions and more details.
Work Ticket Item Sourcing Report
You can now utilize a new Work Ticket Item Sourcing Report that displays the purchasing information of work ticket items. This report includes the ability to make in-line modifications of the Job Tags, Source, and Notes for work ticket items. Modifications can be created for individual items or simultaneously for all items included in a work ticket. This will increase your ability to track and organize sourced and purchased items needed before a job starts.
You also have the option to export and print out a landscape orientation of the report; after using the report filters, you need to build out the list you need to display. Click Work Ticket Item Sourcing Report to view more details.
SMS Absentee Notifications
Leverage your ability to make proactive decisions by receiving an internal SMS absentee notification alerting you when there is no clock-in for a work ticket visit within a defined time period after the visit start time. Click SMS Absentee Notifications for more information.
Branch Remit Address Field
If you are a branch admin user, you can now add a remit address at the branch level so your customers can send their non-electronic payments to an address designated for receiving invoices. If you reach out to AspireCare and request a revision to your report layout, the remit address can be displayed on the following report layouts:
- Invoicing
- Invoice Statement
- Opportunity Proposal
- Payment
- Receipt
SiteOne Integration Enhancements
When syncing data from SiteOne to Aspire, Hardscape Store catalog items will now be included in the sync. Also, you can verify the number of catalog items synced within the Status field on the completion message that will appear after a sync is refreshed.
