Opportunity Work Ticket Items - Report Designer
What’s New?
Make more informed sourcing decisions and better understand the inventory you currently have available for a job by collecting and organizing information about your inventory items. You can adequately identify information about items that exist in your inventory items by generating an Opportunity Work Ticket Items report that displays the following additional fields when creating the layout with the Report Designer:
- PropertyAddress
- ItemIDNumber
- ItemCode
- MaterialID1
- MaterialID2
Requirements
- The web report designer is accessible to all clients now. Check out the Using Web Report Designer Knowledge Base article for comprehensive how-to information about the report designer.
- You will need the Report Designer Access permission enabled under your user role to use the report designer.
Adding Fields to the Opportunity Work Ticket Items Report Layout
- Go to Administration.
- Click on Application.
- Select Web Report Designer.
- You can use the filters in the Open Report modal to search and open an existing Opportunity Work Ticket Items report or click the x in the upper right corner to close the modal and create a new report.
- If you choose to close out of the Open Report modal, click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner and select New.
- Select Opportunity Work Ticket Items from the New Report dialog and click Create.
- Click on the Fields icon in the panel on the right side of your screen.
- Click on the mdlOpportunityWorkTicketItems dropdown.
- Click on the spReortOpportunityWorkTicketItemsData dropdown.
- Scroll near the bottom of the list and drag and drop the ItemCode, ItemIDNumber, MaterialID1, MaterialID2, and PropertyAddress fields to the Opportunity Work Ticket Items report layout.
