Spot properties at risk of leaving before they go. Revenue Retention gives each eligible property a churn risk score, explains what's driving it, and ranks your at-risk properties by the revenue on the line.
What's changing?
Previously, account managers and branch managers pulled list views, AR reports, and CRM history to judge which properties might leave, often spending more than 16 hours a month on it. Now, Revenue Retention scores each property with recurring service, shows the factors raising its risk, and suggests next steps, so you can focus on the relationships that matter most. A score is a prompt to take a closer look, not a verdict: some flagged properties won't leave, and that's expected. Revenue Retention is available in Aspire Cloud, and scores refresh monthly.

How to prepare
Decide who gets access: Choose which users get My Properties Revenue Retention, View Revenue Retention, or Edit Revenue Retention. Each user can have only one.
Check your Account Owners: Users with My Properties Revenue Retention can only view and edit properties where they're the assigned Account Owner, so confirm Account Owners are up to date.
Set expectations with your team: Explain that a score is a reason to look closer, not a prediction that a customer will leave.
Prepare in your existing environment: Review how your team tracks property health today and prepare for the change ahead of Early Access.
Update training materials: Revise your account management procedures to include Revenue Retention.
Train your team: Conduct hands-on training sessions with the roles listed above.
