Overview
The Rolling Budget Report shows your company's annual budget alongside actual performance numbers in a single view. As you close months throughout the fiscal year, the report automatically replaces budget numbers with actuals so you can track progress without switching between reports.
Requirements
To access the Reporting module, you need View Reports added to your user role.
To view the Rolling Budget report, you need View Rolling Budget added to your user role.
Things to know
Actuals only appear for months that have been closed in the current fiscal year. Open months continue to show budget numbers.
The report requires an existing annual budget. If no budget has been created for the selected fiscal year, the report won't display data.

Rolling Budget Report Filters
Select the three-dot icon > Update Report Filters at the top of the report to customize how the data displays.

Filter | Description |

View Type | Sets the level of detail in the report. The default Summary view shows totals across the company. The Detail view breaks out budget and actual numbers by branch and division. |
Fiscal Year | Sets the fiscal year for the budget data displayed in the report. |
Revenue | Sets whether the report shows earned revenue or invoiced revenue. |
Branch | Filters the report to show data for specific branches. |
Division | Filters the report to show data for specific divisions. |
