The Site Audit Category screen is displayed from the Site Audit Categories Search List screen when you click the New Site Audit Category icon or click an existing site audit item from the list to view or edit. It allows you to edit existing and create new site audit categories.
The following table describes the available screen elements:
Screen Element | Description |
---|---|
Screen Title | When you are creating a new site audit category, the screen title displays New. If they are editing an existing site audit category, the name of the site audit categorya is displayed. |
Category Name | Required. Allows you to specify or modify the name of the site audit category. |
Active | Enables you to mark the site audit category as inactive or active. Inactive site audit categories can not be included in new site audits. |
Site Audit Types | Enables you to specify the site audit types for which the category should be displayed. If no site audit types are specified, the site audit category will be available for all site audit types. |
Service | Enables you to identify a service to associate with the site audit category. This is not currently used, but in a future release, they will be able to filter based on this field in the Site Audit report. |

Creating a site audit planning table that properly orders the site audit categories can provide an excellent tool for determining display order values. |
Descriptionb | The description provides additional guidance available to site auditors when they are evaluating a property for the category. It will typically include descriptions or questions on which to base their evaluation for the category. |
Tags | The tags provide a list of pre-defined notes that can be selected when evaluating a category. Auditors select tags that describe the property being evaluated relative to the category. In addition to these pre-defined notes, auditors will also be able to insert additional notes of their own creation on-the-fly. Pre-defined tags will help to speed up the audit process. |
Add Tag Icon | Click the Add Tag icon to display the Add Site Audit Item Tag screen to add a tag to the list. |
Remove Tag iconc | Click the Remove Tag icon to remove the tag for which the icon was clicked. |
Delete Site Audit Category Icond | Click on the three dots menu to reveal the option to delete a site audit category. A site audit category can not be deleted if it is in use. |
