Aspire enables you to perform different types of site audits. The Site Audit Types Search List screen allows you to manage the different types of site audits.
Clicking an item in the search list displays the Site Audit Type screen to modify the selected site audit type. Clicking the New Site Audit Type icon also displays the Site Audit Type screen to create a new site audit type.

The Site Audit Type screen is displayed from the Site Audit Types Search List screen when you click the New Site Audit Type icon or an existing site audit type from the list to view or edit.

The screen enables you to specify the name of the site audit type. Later, when you establish site audit categories used for performing evaluations, you will be able to specify the types to which the category applies.
The Delete icon allows you to delete the site audit type. The icon will only allow you to delete the site audit type if it has not yet been linked to a site audit category; otherwise, Aspire will disable the icon.
Site Audit Scale Types
The site audit scale type is an evaluation scale that determines how a site evaluation category will be rated. There are six versatile scaling types that you can assign to an SA Type. Each Site Audit Scale Type is based on the traditional number scale type of 1-10. Refer to the table below for an understanding of each scale type.
1-10 |
| ||||
Pass or Fail |
| ||||
Green or Yellow or Red | This color-coded scale offers a concise scale that is intended to be visually engaging.
| ||||
1-5 | This is a simplified number scale type.
| ||||
A-F | This is similar to a traditional grade scale.
| ||||
No Scale | Using No Scale will enable you to use site audit tags and images without designating a scale type. When this selection is chosen the scale type field will not appear on the Site Audit detail screen.
