Aspire provides the ability in the Crew Mobile App for crew leaders to request service on equipment assets. Consider the following when setting up Aspire to support equipment service requests from this app.
- Only equipment assets that are assigned to the route of the crew leader will be displayed by default in the list provided in the Crew Mobile App. A route can be assigned to an equipment asset on the Equipment tab of the Equipment screen. A crew leader can be assigned to a route on the Route tab of the Route screen.
- Establish at least one service tag with a service type of Request Service.
