Account Managers, Sales Managers, Production Managers, and other field-based roles can now search, view, create, and edit property records directly in the Aspire Mobile app. Recently opened properties stay available offline.

What's changing?
Previously, field users who needed property information had to use Aspire's legacy mobile-responsive website, which requires a constant connection and is hard to use on a phone. With 6.31, the Properties module joins Contacts in the Aspire Mobile app, so you can find a property, review its details, work its issues, and reach its contacts while you're on-site. Properties you've opened in the last 30 days stay available offline, and anything you create or edit offline syncs when you reconnect. Administrators control access with View, Edit, and Create permission levels in user role configuration.
Before and after
Before (current)
Open a web browser on your phone and go to the Aspire Cloud mobile-responsive website.
Wait for the page to load. An active internet connection is required at all times.
Search for the property through the limited mobile web interface.
Switch screens to check the property's issues and contacts.
Lose access to property information if you move to an area without connectivity.
After
Open the Aspire Mobile app and tap Properties in the navigation bar.
Search by property name, abbreviation, primary contact, address, or city.
Review the property's Details, Activities, and Contacts tabs on one screen.
Tap Edit to update the property, or tap + on the Properties list to create one.
Keep reviewing recently opened properties, and save changes, even without a connection.
Impact: Account Managers and Sales Managers can manage properties and their issues directly in Aspire Mobile, replacing the legacy mobile web experience with reliable field access in low-connectivity areas.

How to prepare
Review your user roles: Identify which roles need Properties in Aspire Mobile. Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Production Managers are the primary audience.
Configure mobile permissions: Go to Administration > User Management > User Roles and select a role. Turn on Properties and choose View, Edit, or Create. Each level includes the levels below it, and Properties is off by default for all roles.
Check your required property fields: Properties created in Aspire Mobile follow the required fields set under Administration > Application > Required Fields. Review them so field users know what they'll need to enter.
Prepare for offline behavior: Properties you've opened are cached on the device for 30 days. Properties you haven't opened in 30 days need a connection, and Industry, Lead Source, and Primary Contact can't be selected offline.
Prepare in your existing environment: Review your current property workflows and prepare for the change ahead of the 6.31 release week.
Update training materials: Revise onboarding and field training documentation to include the Properties module in Aspire Mobile.
Train your team: Conduct hands-on training sessions with Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Production Managers. Focus on searching, viewing, editing, and creating properties, and working property issues.
