Active | Activate or deactivate the notification. | ||
Notification Name | Assign a name to help you classify and identify the notification, internally. | ||
Branch | Assign the branch(es) that should be associated with the notification. | ||
Reply to Override | Choose a contact type of Employee, Account Owner, Branch Manager, Operations Manager for an Opportunity or Property, Route Manager, Sales Rep., or an individual contact within a branch to which you have access to add an additional Reply-To address that recipients will see.

Division | Specify the division that should apply the notification. | ||
Service Type | Specify the service type(s) that should apply the notification. | ||
Service | Specify the individual service(s) that should apply the notification. | ||
Notification Type | Select Work Ticket Complete. | ||
Trigger Type | Choose a trigger type that best meets the needs of your company or branch workflows; especially, if the chosen notification is SMS. The trigger type will trigger a Work Ticket Completed status in Crew Mobile, Subcontractor Portal, and in Aspire Cloud. | ||
Delivery Time | The selection in this field determines when your customers will receive the notification. This field will be determined based on the selected Trigger Type. There are three different delivery options: 1. Digest Daily - one daily message 2. Digest Weekly Currently, Immediately is the only available option for SMS notifications. | ||
Test | Click Test to send a test SMS or email message to a recipient that you designate to see the preview of what your customers will see after you finish drafting your message. | ||
Save | Save updates to the notification. | ||
More Actions... | Click on the More menu to copy the notification you have set up. By clicking Copy, you will clone the notification details so that you can use the information from which to build a new notification. |
