Emails with Unknown Contacts

You can set up Aspire to import emails from an Aspire folder established in your email system. When Aspire imports emails from that folder, it attempts to associate the email addresses in the From, To, and CC fields with contacts in Aspire. If an email is imported that has email addresses for a contact that has not been defined, Aspire creates an alert so that you can establish those associations.
Clicking on the Alert displays the Emails with Unknown Contacts screen
From here, you can assign an existing Contact to the email by selecting Assign Contact to Unknown Email from the More drop-down to the right of each email.
From the Choose Contact drop-down menu, select an existing Contact to assign the email or selectto delete the email.
