Viewport, break point, and Mobile View

Your device’s screen resolution is the total number of pixels it can show. A phone with the total screen area labeled as screen resolution and the portion showing Aspire in a browser labeled browser viewport.

Any program or app you use has a viewport, which is the number of pixels it’s capable of displaying. This is almost always smaller than your device’s screen resolution.

When using Aspire Cloud in a browser on a small screen, like on a phone or tablet, you’ll automatically be switched to Mobile View if your browser’s viewport is below 1024 pixels wide. This 1024 pixel width is Aspire’s break point where it automatically switches between Desktop View and Mobile View.

How to force Desktop View

Even if your browser’s viewport is below the 1024 pixel limit, most mobile browsers let you force a website to show its desktop version. Click the link for your browser below to learn how to force desktop view.

Important

Forcing Desktop View may cause unexpected behavior and visual glitches.
