Honey Locust 6.26.0

💡Scheduling improvements

You can now display routes for more than one Route Manager at a time. The board organizes routes into collapsible sections by manager, so it’s easier to see who owns what. This also makes it straightforward to drag visits between managers, just like you can in Property view. For more information on the Schedule Board, see the Schedule Board article.

Scheduling assistant

Date filters now respect property availability, so you won’t accidentally book work on days the property isn’t open. At the same time, Aspire checks certifications and required skills to confirm the assigned crew is properly qualified before the visit is scheduled. For more information on the scheduling assistant, see the Scheduling Assistant article.

Our updates to Aspire’s advanced search screens are made to improve your workflow and access features with less clicks. Create new or open existing items in the Contacts, Property, and Work Ticket modules without the need to navigate inside each one.

This release includes several improvements prioritized through Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback. We value your input and are committed to continuously refining Aspire to better support your teams and workflows:

  • Google-powered autocomplete is now in place on Contact, Property, and Invoice screens in the U.S. and Canada. This reduces typos and speeds up data entry. See Address autocomplete for more information.

Google-powered autocomplete is in early access.

This feature isn’t generally available yet, but your teams can request access by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  • Work Order and Contract Opportunity PDFs are no longer saved at the Property level. Each PDF now appears in a new Invoice Attachment column under the Email section on on Invoice screen. You can click the file name to preview the PDF and then download it directly. This makes it easier to locate invoices, protects sensitive information, and keeps records organized.

6.23.2

Background processing and notification updates

Invoice batch generation in the Invoicing Assistant now runs as a background process to improve stability and support larger batches. Aspire notifies you when your batch generation is complete, so you don’t need to monitor progress manually and can continue to other tasks while the process runs.

This update also introduces the Notification Center, a dedicated hub for system alerts and background task updates. Unlike the Resource Center, which provides Aspire news, tutorials, and support resources, the Notification Center delivers real-time system notifications. To view notifications, select the bell icon in the top navigation bar in Aspire Cloud. For more information, see 6.23.2 Background Processing and Notification Updates
