6.16.0 User Experience Enhancements 



Time Reporting Screen 


The Time Reporting subsection on the Configuration screen of the Administration menu has been reorganized and now contains three separate sections: Sub Portal, Mobile, and PayrollThese visual cues allow for easy identification and activation/deactivation of desired configurations.

  • The Minutes need to elapse between clock and clock-in. Otherwise give an early return from lunch warning is now Early Lunch Clock-In Warning (Minutes)
  • Enable Sub Portal checkbox is now presented as a toggle switch.

Login Screen 

The Aspire login screen and the navigation menu have been updated to align with company branding across Aspire.





Delete Prompt 


To prevent the unintentional removal of administrative data, a confirmation message will now appear when you choose to delete an item from one of the following Application lists:

  • Attachment 
  • Catalog Item Category 
  • Catalog Price List
