Mandatory Workflow Change:
This change will automatically apply to all customers. Review the new workflow and update your team training before the release date.
A new sync status indicator and queue list give crew leaders and crew members real-time visibility into whether their field data has uploaded to Aspire Cloud. This helps crews and office staff track if data syncs successfully or not and reduces data loss.

Optional Workflow Change
This change is optional to add to your existing workflows.
What's changing with Sync Status?
Until now, there was no way to confirm whether actions taken in Aspire Mobile — such as completing a ticket, adding materials, or clocking in — had synced to Aspire Cloud. Crew leaders and support teams had to assume data was syncing or wait for discrepancies to surface in Aspire Cloud. A new sync status icon now displays in Aspire Mobile, and tapping it reveals a queue list of pending items so you can see exactly what's waiting to upload.
Before and after
Before (current)
Complete an action in Aspire Mobile (for example, add ticket materials).
No visible confirmation that the data uploaded.
Discover sync issues only when data doesn't appear in Aspire Cloud.
After
Complete an action in Aspire Mobile.
Check the sync status icon to see whether data is pending.
Tap the cloud icon to view a list of pending items.
Impact: You'll always know whether your field data is synced, reducing uncertainty caused by missing or delayed records.
