NewSpot at-risk properties before they leave with Revenue Retention
Revenue Retention scores each eligible property's likelihood of leaving and shows what's driving that risk, so account managers and branch managers know where to focus without building lists by hand. Treat a score as a prompt to take a closer look, not a verdict: some flagged properties won't leave, and that's expected. Revenue Retention is available in Aspire Cloud.
A churn risk score for every eligible property: Each property with recurring service gets a churn risk score and a risk category, refreshed monthly. Properties with only one-time or construction projects aren't scored.
See why a score is high: The new Insights tab on the property side panel lists the factors raising a property's risk, such as no active recurring contract work, time since the last account manager contact, or fewer invoices than usual, along with suggested next steps.
Start with the relationships that matter most: The Work List ranks at-risk properties by revenue at risk, so the properties with the most revenue on the line rise to the top. The Overview shows risk across your entire portfolio at a glance.
Keep a record of every review: Snooze a property until a later date, close a review with a reason, or reopen it anytime. If you know something the score doesn't, adjust the score to reflect it.
Control who sees churn data: Three new property permissions (My Properties Revenue Retention, View Revenue Retention, and Edit Revenue Retention) determine whether a user sees churn data for their own properties or their branches, and whether they can act on it.
EnhancementVendor Invoice OCR enhancements
These updates respond directly to Early Access feedback. They make it faster to judge, fix, and confirm OCR invoice matches without leaving the review screen.
See how strong each match is: A five-bar match confidence indicator now displays in the review screen header and in a new sortable column on the OCR Invoices list. You can see at a glance which matches need a closer look. For more information, visit Understanding OCR Match Confidence.
Add missing items without leaving the review: Invoice items that aren't on the purchase receipt can now be added straight to it as catalog or one-time items, pre-filled with the quantity and unit price from the invoice. Use Add All or Dismiss All to handle long invoices in a single action.
Unreceive from the review screen: When the matched purchase receipt is received, you can unreceive it from the banner on the review screen and keep editing in place. You no longer need to leave the review to make changes.
Extra costs pair correctly: Freight, tax, and discount charges now match the right Aspire extra cost type, even when the vendor words them differently (for example, "S&H" or "Sales & Use Tax"). Charges that aren't recognized are assigned to Other.
Match on your PO number: A new Purchase Order # field on purchase receipts automatically fills in with the receipt number, and OCR now uses it as a match signal. If you give vendors a different PO number, you can update the field anytime before the receipt is approved. This applies to receipts created or edited after the update.
Work your own queue: A new PR Created By column and filter on the OCR Invoices list shows invoices matched to receipts you created. Your filters, sort, and search now stay in place when you return from reviewing an invoice.
More invoices find their match: OCR now considers purchase receipts whose totals differ from the invoice, for example because of tax or freight, so fewer invoices need manual matching.
Permissions ready by default: The System Administrator and Branch Administrator roles now include the Upload Invoice to OCR and Edit PRs in Match Review Status permissions automatically. For more information, visit Enable Vendor Invoice OCR.
Fix: OCR match stays off: Purchase receipts with OCR match turned off no longer re-enter matching after they're received, unreceived, or unapproved.
NewManage properties from the field in Aspire Mobile
Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Production Managers can now find, review, and update property records directly in the Aspire Mobile app, without switching to the mobile-responsive website. Properties joins Contacts as the next step in bringing Aspire CRM into the app.
Search and view properties: Find a property by name, abbreviation, primary contact, address, or city, then review its details, issues, and contacts in one place. You see the properties in the branches you have access to.
Create and edit properties: Add a new property while you're on-site, or update its address, annual budget, branch, special instructions, and other details. Required fields follow the same rules you've set in Aspire Cloud.
Work property issues: Review, update, and complete the issues tied to a property from its Activities tab.
Reach the right contact: See a property's primary contact, production manager, billing contact, and other associated contacts, and update the primary contact from the field.
Open the address in your maps app: Tap a property's address to get directions in your preferred maps app, or press and hold to copy it.
Keep working with a weak signal: Properties you've opened in the last 30 days stay available offline, and properties you create or edit offline sync when you reconnect. Properties you haven't opened in 30 days, and fields like Industry, Lead Source, and Primary Contact, need a connection.
Control access by user role: Administrators turn on Properties for each user role and choose View, Edit, or Create access. Properties is turned off by default for all roles.
Available in your language: All new Properties screens are available in English, Spanish, and French Canadian.

Pay multiple invoices at once in the Customer Portal
Your customers can now select several open invoices, across any of their properties, and pay them together in one card or ACH payment. Customers with more than one open balance can settle up in a single step instead of paying each invoice separately. This update turns on automatically, with nothing to set up.
Select and pay in one step: Choose invoices from the Invoices list, or use Select all to pick everything that's due, then pay the full total in a single transaction.
See the full amount up front: Before confirming, your customer sees one total that includes any convenience fees.
Clear payment status: Invoices show Payment Pending while a payment processes, so they can't be selected and paid twice.
All-or-nothing payments: A multi-invoice payment covers each selected invoice's full balance. If the payment doesn't go through, none of the selected invoices are marked as paid.
Partial payments stay the same: Customers can still pay part of a single invoice the same way they do today.
Track portal payments in Aspire: Filter the Electronic Payment Log by Payment Source to find Customer Portal payments, then open a payment to see each invoice's property and payment status.
